Our commitment to preventing overproduction means that your order may take up to 3 weeks to fulfill, depending on its complexity. We believe in mindful consumption and ask for your patience as we craft each piece with care.

Please anticipate a production time of 7 to 10 business days for garments. We believe in a sustainable approach to fashion, and this time allows us to create pieces that resonate with our values.

Exchange Policy :

We understand that sometimes a change of mind or fit is necessary. To ensure a smooth exchange process, please review the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of your delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
  • Ensure the item is returned with its original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate an exchange, please reach out to our team at ETATDAME@OUTLOOK.COM. Once contacted, we will provide you with the necessary address to ship your item to. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.

However, in the case of an exchange, we will happily cover the shipping costs to send your new piece back to you, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Return Policy :

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return under our 7-day return policy. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiate a return by emailing us at ETATDAME@OUTLOOK.COM. We’ll provide the shipping address. You’re responsible for return shipping, or we can handle it and deduct the cost from your refund.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items :

Please note that sale items and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Defective Items Policy :

If you discover a defect in your item within 7 days of delivery, please contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue, and if it’s determined to be a manufacturing defect, we’ll swiftly exchange the item at no additional charge. In the event that the item is out of stock, we’ll provide a full refund.

However, please note that damage resulting from mishandling by the purchaser is not covered under this policy.
